Welcome to Rocky Mountain Figure Skating Club
Our Mission is to encourage participation and achievement in the sport of figure skating for its skating members of all ages and disciplines. Through its programs and skater support, the Club seeks to create a positive and supportive environment for skaters to train and accomplish their personal goals.
Our club members train and compete in all skating disciplines: Free skate, pairs, dance and synchronized team skating. Over the years we have had 12 national champions in free skate and our synchronized skating teams qualify to compete in the U.S. National Synchronized Skating Championships annually.

Elsie Weinstein Scholarship Fund Applications
We have an additional funding modality ~ The Elsie Weinstein Scholarship Fund, which is truly a scholarship based on the love of skating.
Elsie Weinstein, mother of retired RMFSC coach, Debbie Minter, was truly a friend to all skaters. As a child, she escaped from Nazi Germany with her family and finished growing up in upstate New York. She enjoyed sharing the sport of figure skating with her daughter by serving as Denver FSC President, founding the Mile High Figure Skating Association, and running numerous competitions including the 1988 U.S. National Championships. Mrs. Weinstein was always very generous in giving of her time, talents and money to help skaters. When she passed away in 1991, her family thought it a fitting tribute to start a scholarship fund to continue to help skaters make their dreams come true.
Applications will be due February 12, 2018. Please place them in the lock box in the RMFSC lockbox within the skater's locker room.

Booking your travel for the holidays? Why not try scrip? Buy gift cards or e-gift cards through scrip to pay for travel expenses and get a portion back to use for skating expenses! There are new specials every week!
Check out this week's scrip specials!
The Scrip Program is a fund raising program that benefits your skater DIRECTLY, with funds that may be used to pay for skating related expenses. There is no cost to join or use the program, and it is truly as good as it sounds! After registering for the program, you purchase physical or electronic gift cards for the stores where you normally shop. There are hundreds of merchants who participate, and they offer rebates for the scrip card purchases. The club retains 1% of the transaction total to cover administrative costs. The remainder of the rebate value is tracked for you, and held until you are ready to spend it on skating expenses. Rebates add up fast – you’re shopping and spending money already – why not get rebates to help pay for your skater’s expense?
